Due to the recent change in market conditions, Ballast Point Group has decided to delay the construction and active marketing of The Cottages at Green Key.  This includes temporarily closing the sales office. 

Anytime there is an indication of a down shift in the market, it is only prudent to take a conservative position until indicators tell us conditions have improved.

The Ballast Point Group plans to continue its ownership of the property and monitor the market for improvements over the coming months.  During this time, sales inquiries will be handled by our Sales Associate Ellen Reese, who can be reached at 727-512-7803.
